Returning an item

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and still in their original packaging.

How to return something

Email us first at Asitrading1@outlook.com with your order number, and we will give you a returns address to send the item back to.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund you to the original payment method within 14 days.

If you paid as a group, the refund goes back to each person's card in proportion to what they paid.

Postage

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, we will replace it or refund it in full, including the cost of postage.
